Well I must say it started off great,,, until the let the best people go!!! I think something has happened to the company which really worries me!! Our nurse is great! And the aid that gives my MOM a bath is Outstanding!! She works so hard I’m almost worried she is over worked?? She is the best lady we have ever had! She goes above and beyond!! They have reorganized the business or something?and our Doctor who was one of the Hospice doctors has now left,,,, without any knowledge of this!! Which is also very concerning!! Some... read more

Your staff came in before a case worker could talk to us. Your nurses that came to evaluate my husband made it sound like he was fine and dandy and ready to be moved to someone’s home. The nurse in ER overheard and knew they were wrong. The case worker stopped them in their tracks and fortunately he was not moved. They did this on a Monday afternoon. Sometimes Caring People had problems finding someone that would come out where we lived. We didn’t live close to the office. But the caregivers we did have were exceptional.

The initial admission process was great (June, 2024). Everyone was very caring and professional. I have a service dog, and it took a little time to get the right nurses so that I didn’t have to put him in the bedroom when they came. I had a couple of really good nurses who went above and beyond. Then last autumn something happened- the medical director left, and somehow my diagnosis was changed to something that doesn’t fit at all.
