No entity is perfect, but I cannot Say how much I appreciate 3 Oaks. My mom Nancy was with y'all for a full year. Everything y'all have setup is great. The pharmacy delivery, the counseling for afterwards, just all of it y'all were great. Our nurses were fantastic. I can't thank them enough for helping guide me. Thank y'all for allowing me to come pick up my mom's feeding tube formula. Y'all made the worst time of my life a little more bearable. My mom really did like y'all. This company met my expectations at the worst time in my. I was comforted by their kindness and professionalism.
UPDATE- I would have a problem if I didnt post what else has happened. In particular Shane does not tell the the truth and will say what he thinks you want to hear and sadly when a family and patient should never have to go through this. When you are going on hospice you are giving up all curative medicine and therapies, and are only wanting to be able to treat your pain and comfort problems.
