The staff from Three Oaks Hospice assigned to my father were the utmost professionals keeping his personal needs as their priority. Thank you to all who cared for my father during his most crucial times.
They were very nice and accommodating. They helped make my Dad's last days comfortable for him.
When my wife was sent home with Three Oaks Hospice, they were very attentive and caring. Unfortunately it was very short, as she didn't live that long after she was sent home. Kim the nurse and John the RT ( I didn't get their last name) that were assigned to wife were absolutely wonderful. They didn't treat my wife as just another patient. The care and professionalism that they showed were above and beyond what I expected. Thank you guys very much for everything.
I want to thank the staff for the great care given to my FIL who passed away a couple of weeks ago. Especially thank you to his nurse Valerie for always being there when I needed her and Cynthia for always having my FIL smiling. Thank you
