Some parts were great others not so much. The initial visit was great first nurse was good talked to us and so great with my mom.But she left 3oaks the nurse tech was amazing all the way through. But my complaint comes in the response times when you call them. The new nurse that replaced the great nurse came out and changed what the other nurse told us to do and then she gave my mom more morphine than she had ever been given then my mom made a loud wow sound and never spoke again she died later that day. Did call me to tell me my dad was declining. I found out hours later and if it wouldn’t of been for the nursing home we may not have been able to say our final goodbyes to my father. When the nurse finally called me it was 6:40pm and she left the facility at NOON. Said “oh I should have left you a message.Only reason I didn’t give them one star is because the last nurse who I called in for.
