Navigating a loved ones end of life care is a difficult process with no instruction manual. While our family was deeply pleased with Three Oaks Hospice, I give all the credit to the FRONTLINE STAFF (RNs) and not the multi billion dollar corporation that recently acquired them. Overall, this stuff has been wonderful except for I don’t agree with how the aids spend their time with the patients. They’re supposed to be here five days out of the week, but 15 minutes is not enough time to give a female a bed Bath Get them nice and clean put new clothes on maybe put some lotion on them whatever This situation is I just don’t think that you can get much done in 15

Horrible experience. My grandmother was on hospice with Three Oaks. They immediately started giving her high doses of morphine even though she had never been on morphine. They never advised the family of the change and got defensive when questioned about it. We noticed my grandmother declining after being in their care. Memory loss, loss of appetite. All of which is a side effect of the disease but definitely a side effect to the medication she was given at such a high dosage. My grandmother has since passed and I would not ... read more
