Of course they couldn't resolve my bad soil problems but they gave me info to plan ahead and actually found some possibilities for development. They did a septic evaluation on my property for the state of NC for a road project. Then tell me that my house on top of a large hill has the septic tank on the corner of the house in the side of the hill. Then proceed to say that the septic drain field goes back up the slope towards the house and under my driveway instead of out and downhill. ???? Either a complete idiot built this home, or the county failed to do any inspection when the house was built, or (this is my guess), his report says whatever it would take so the s... read more
