Scheduling is a nightmare. I haven't been able to use this service because of their scheduling issues. I called the office and received a message saying they were busy and to please leave a message, but the answering machine must have been full, because I wasn't able to leave a message. Then I filled out an online form to be contacted and waited about 3 business days. They ask you to give them 42 hours, I believe. Didn't hear anything from the online form, so I called again.
