I would not recommend working with Jennifer Ozello. I was a new patient. The first appointment got canceled because she was ill. Rescheduled, she cancelled the 2nd appointment 1 hour before I was to arrive for the appointment because she thought another practitioner could better manage my care. This seems to be very irresponsible behavior for a professional/psychiatrist that is to be helping folks that are struggling with mental health issues.
Won’t return phone calls. I need help.
I’ve been going here for years, currently seeing Lindsay and Lisa, they have improved my life in so many ways! Cannot recommend this place enough.
I have called the office 4 times on two different days and left a voicemail in addition to making a portal account and submitting two different appointment requests and emailing the office. I was referred to this office a month ago. I still have not received a call back. I finally got a response via email and the appointment I really needed has been taken. By far the best mental health care I’ve ever received in 40 years of dealing with bipolar. Justin, my prescribing nurse practitioner, replies to all of my questions and concerns via email and our medication sessions are very thorough. He is caring and very knowledgeable.
