I found the overall experience with three oaks to be easy to navigate. I was able to begin my sessions quickly and had the best connection with my therapist Lindsey Lyle. She really ensured I was comfortable and supported me through many hard topics of discussion. She listened and really took in what I was saying and ensured that her suggestions and recommendations were aligned to my goals around my mental health. Best work I ever did on myself was with her by my side!
Lindsay Lyle is an incredible counselor. She is so easy to talk to, professional, and you can tell she has a passion for her work. She helped me tremendously to get on a better path of thinking and gave me the tools I needed to manage my mental health. Highly recommend!
I would not recommend working with Jennifer Ozello. I was a new patient. The first appointment got canceled because she was ill. Rescheduled, she cancelled the 2nd appointment 1 hour before I was to arrive for the appointment because she thought another practitioner could better manage my care. This seems to be very irresponsible behavior for a professional/psychiatrist that is to be helping folks that are struggling with mental health issues.
Won’t return phone calls. I need help.
I’ve been going here for years, currently seeing Lindsay and Lisa, they have improved my life in so many ways! Cannot recommend this place enough.
