I really enjoyed living here. The office staff, especially the girls in the office, were always helpful and communicative, which made the whole process—move-in through move-out—smooth and stress-free. Great experience overall!

I bought a house. I went to the leasing office to give my 60 day notice as it stated on the lease. When I went to the office the 1st time at 2:30 pm no one was even in the office. I sat in the leasing office and waited a whole hour for someone. I came back at 4:30 pm to which I had spoke to the leasing assistant. I then said I needed to break my lease due to me buying a home. Notice to Applicants-Take Precautions I applied here due to their indication of no credit requirements and indication that they don’t deny applicants based off credit. Well, that’s exactly what they did to me. I was more hurt at the fact that there were no options provided to me to approve my app. No additional deposits, no option to obtain a co-signer (although I previously mentioned it wasn’t an option, it could become one if homeless is a factor) I secured a 2nd job in which my income would put me at 4x the rent prior to ... read more
