I cannot express enough how this was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I built my own; everything bagel, ham, provolone, garlic mayo. It was INCREDIBLE.
Best espresso in the area, obvs espresso-based drinks great as well. Also a coffee shop celiac’s delight, with the entire top row of bakery case for gluten-free items: savory cheddar scone, chocolate chip cookie, blueberry muffin, pumpkin cheesecake chocolate chip muffin & salted caramel oatmeal raisin cookie… the ones I tried were super tasty. Regular menu with gluten free options for breakfast sandwiches etc as well. This is my favorite coffee stop in central VT.
Atmosphere was cute and looks like a hopping local spot. Unfortunately, my partner and I ordered two chai lattes, one iced and one hot to go. They came out super thin. It was basically just milk with a shy hint of chai. We ended up tossing them and grabbing chais somewhere else. Might have just been that it was a busy day and someone missed a step, but we won’t be going for the chai here again.
They open early, which makes it convenient for early hikers and skiiers.
