She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and made the entire catering process feel easy and seamless for both the couple and for me as the planner. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Samatha and the Three Leaf team for our October wedding in Estes Park. The team was communicative, flexible, timely, friendly, and the food was fantastic. They also did a notably great job managing dietary restrictions. The only reason for 4 stars was a kitchen mix-up/under-supervised buffet that led to about 10% of our guests not getting chicken. Three Leaf was able to curate a fully vegan menu for us for cocktail hour, reception, and our wedding cake and the diversity and seasonality of the ingredients was spectacular. Tons of our wedding guests said we had the best wedding food they have ever had. The butternut squash stuffed shells were the biggest hit of the night. We worked with Samantha from Three Leaf Catering for our wedding at The Simon in July and had a wonderful experience! The appetizers we selected were a hit, the cupcakes were delicious, and our cake turned out exactly as we asked. Samantha was very easy to communicate with, the pricing was right in line with our budget, and the person on site during our wedding was very friendly. We will be sure to reach out to Three Leaf for any future catering needs!
I had the best experience working with Isabella and the staff of Three Leaf Catering for my kids b'nai mitzvah. Our event was held at my sister's home. We used the front yard, back yard, inside the house and the side yard - so it wasn't easy logistically for the caterers. But they did a FANTASTIC job! All the guests felt so cared for and the catering staff were so friendly and kind. The food was FABULOUS! Great job and thanks for making our celebration so special.
