Food was good but service was slow from walking in the door until eating was about an hour and a half... but they charge you a service charge on your bill on top of your food price and the taxes so because of that we won’t be back

The staff do not wear mask properly, they pull them down to talk, if they are wearing them over their face, which isn’t happening with them. Our food was cold, wrong and some of it never was received. I would NEVER recommend anyone going there!!!! Health Department should check out and shut them down for the mask issue!!

Best Place in Gatlinburg
After waiting for over an hour and being forgotten completely by the hostess, the owners made up for it. They were very apologetic & accommodating to our needs. They even offered a discount and free pie/cake for the inconvenience. Would go back.
