Went there with my family the service was absolutely terrible and the food had potential to be good but it was cold and soggy by the time we received it. We waited for a long time for our server and if we asked her to bring us anything she dissapeared to the side so she could chat with co-workers and never did bring us what we asked for. RecommendedThe food was great but the service today was awful! As slow as it was when I was there, my cup should have never been empty and I should never have had to ask another waitress to fill it for me. Then, I wasn't even asked if I was interested in dessert. My bill was brought to my table with no offer of dessert. I probably would have taken a piece of cheesecake or carrot but cake had I been asked! Absolutely the best place to eat in Gatlinburg. You MUST eat here. The people are super friendly. We have never eaten something that we didn’t enjoy. LOVE Three Jimmy’s!!!!!
