Ok, I went into Three jewels too price a tattoo because I was looking for a new artist. I showed the owner, Tony Trophy, what I wanted and he trashed it saying that he has done that tattoo so many times that he isn't going to do it again. (I have wanted this tattoo since I was young) I went back to him to get a memorial piece done for my little cousin (I sent him the picture of the butterfly I wanted him to use the day I made the appt.) and he used the wrong butterfly picture that he found on the day of the appt.
