Last time here, I got V-21, a jalapeño & fried tofu dish with onions, mushrooms, and carrots. It was way better than it should have been. I don’t know what they did to those onions, but the dish was especially delicious. Sweet, savory, with a little smokey flavor. Utterly scrummy! The portions were also impressive. I paid for one meal, but there was enough food for two people. This was only my second time eating here, but I’m definitely wanting to keep going back!
