Please dont move here and dont work here. If you dont believe me ask the tenants before considering. Worked here for 8 months. They pay minimum wage to their maintenance men while charging $800 for a run down single wide trailer making practically impossible to support yourself

Cindy...I could not agree more. I would never have bought this home on this property, but then I am not the original homeowner. This company does absolutely nothing for their homeowners. I went through the hounding about the weeds for over 5 years. I am a senior with a bad back...no matter...constant hounding. Great place to live if you like prison where you do what your told dont ask questions and dont ask or expect anything in return. If you need something fixed you have to wait three weeks or send a certified letter to the manager. If you do have to go into the office for something take a deep breath and prepare for serious attitude. Do not purchase a trailor in this park. The management is wonderful! Park super clean and the only compliant I have is my neighbors are atrocious. It seems most of the people that commented are gone...Probably evicted or had outrageous children that throw rocks at your mobile....Love the place hate the neighbors sadly :(

Would not give three fountains any stars, but in order to proceed with this comment that's what needs to be done.The manager Leann is the worst person for the job, first she harasses kids and bans the from the park. The are children ,their job is to play that's what the park is there for. Leann has a nasty way of talking with people. She threatens if a kid continues to behave this way , the home owner will be asked to move their home from the park. How ridiculous is Leann. Three fountains is not kid friendly. 09/1016
I'm a home owner here for over a year and this is the worst experience me and my family had ever had . it has bad management and I don't recommend three fountain mobile home to any families. Management does not follow its own rules to maintain the park and empty lots clean. They invent lies to kick home owners out. The omega security does not do there job right and invent lies with the owner to get home owners kicked out.
Brian B.....WTF are you talking about? This Park is infested with weeds and the streets are filthy. The garbage area is a health hazard. There is stray cats thru-out the Park that use the sand in the play-ground area as a litter box. The slide area is falling apart and is a major sliver device for kids. The Pool is a toilet with all those kids that never get out and use the bathroom. Brian B............. I can keep going. Who paid you to give this park props?
