Cindy...I could not agree more. I would never have bought this home on this property, but then I am not the original homeowner. This company does absolutely nothing for their homeowners. I went through the hounding about the weeds for over 5 years. I am a senior with a bad back...no matter...constant hounding. Great place to live if you like prison where you do what your told dont ask questions and dont ask or expect anything in return. If you need something fixed you have to wait three weeks or send a certified letter to the manager. If you do have to go into the office for something take a deep breath and prepare for serious attitude. Do not purchase a trailor in this park. Brian B.....WTF are you talking about? This Park is infested with weeds and the streets are filthy. The garbage area is a health hazard. There is stray cats thru-out the Park that use the sand in the play-ground area as a litter box. The slide area is falling apart and is a major sliver device for kids. The Pool is a toilet with all those kids that never get out and use the bathroom. Brian B............. I can keep going. Who paid you to give this park props?
Park is looking great! – Owner has been doing a lot of updating to the park and is looking great! New playgroun equipment for my kids, and pool and spa refinshed. I was reading some other reviews and noticed some may be disgruntled employees. It is too bad they can do that because park is looking great.
Terrible!!!! – Can't even rate these parks...Three Fountains & Holiday Hills in Globe! VERY POOR management..the most rediculous rules ever! not good places to raise kids!!! move on to the next park....I'm sure you'll have better results!
A Terrible Place to Live – This is the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to live. The management is completely irresponsible. The tenants are ignorant of the most basic community etiquette. The lease has numerous rules about noise, construction, and eviction violations which are never enforced. The manager/owner has no idea that she is responsible for adhering to city, county and state laws. I swear, she does even know there are laws governing mobile home parks! This place is horrible!
