Dr. Thorell and staff were very friendly, professional and educational. I definitely had a positive experience and would certainly return.
I have 2 concerns: 1- When radiographs (x-rays) were taken, no lead shielding was used. Damage from exposure to radiation is cumulative; even small amounts can be damaging. I wish I and my wife had been protected with a lead apron & thyroid collar. My wife has had thyroid cancer; 1/2 has been removed. 2- When we first arrived, the staff was standing around talking. They discussed, among other things, where to go to lunch for Taylor's birthday, Romaine lettuce contamination, what restaurants not to go to, etc.. I guess this i... read more
Thank you Dr. C and staff! The office environment is like seeing old friends. The staff likes to joke, tease, and provide a professional atmosphere that helps eliminate any dental fears. I can sleep better at night knowing I have a dental practice that knows me and my dental concerns.
