Just had my first visit with Dr Cannon. Staff were helpful, conscientious, and fun. Dr Cannon has great demeanor and equipment is high tech. Will be back and recommend to family and colleagues.
I was told on three different occasions that they accepted my insurance (while looking at the card) and I pre-paid what I was advised would be my responsibility.When it came time for the bill, they advised me that they were no longer a "Preferred provider" and billed me for $1,200. When I challenged it in a timely manner, they ignored my calls, letters, and emails and proceeded to sue me! IF YOU VALUE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY, GO ELSEWHERE!
Great dentists, fun and caring staff. Always take time for each patient, never rush you through and always take time to answer questions and concerns.
Three Fountains Dental is a great place to go! Dr. Thorell and Dr. Cannon are both excellent dentists, and I should know, having worked in the dental field for years myself. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient and very thorough in explaining billing etc. I know I'm in good hands and will continue to refer friends and family to this practice!
Saw a 1 star review and felt the need to defend. I have been going here for 6 or 7 years twice a year since my last dentist retired. Dr. Thorel and his staff have always been great to work with always friendly and they get along really well together. The receptionist is fantastic about billing and communication, the hygienists take their time and get those teeth clean. New equipment and all good people I would recommend them to anyone.
