The apartments are nice. Great location and the front desk people are genuine, courteous, and take the time to understand my needs!
Priscilla at the front office is amazing and maintenance responds quickly to all requests. There is a serious roach problem and pest control is very lax. Residents do not pick up after their pets despite management's warnings. Not a bad place to live but definitely needs improvement
Be prepared for slow responses...a/c went out, unable to cook without raising temperature in apartment and my pet is overheating, called my leasing agent to inquire about timeframe and none was given, just excuses. Very inconvenient.
I lived at West Mount three fountains for a year lease and while I was there I myself don't see many problems. I mean sure the rent is a little hiked up right now but you the place has always been quiet. Granted the apartments nextdoor are a little ghetto and that's where I hear all the issues from. Our West Mount complex is quiet compared to it. The office workers were all very helpful especially during my last few months here when I was having trouble with my room mate. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone . I always paid my rent I had over a year contract with them and recently moved out to find out I owe $650 for water bill , carpet , and bath tub I didn’t leave the apartment trashed or ruined but yet they wanna charge me $650 .
