John and Benito have been my saviors on several occasions, whether my problem is big or small, they always come out and get it taken care of as quickly as possible! If the problem were to take longer than they expected, they always let me know and still get it taken care of within a decent amount of time. I've never had to wait longer than a couple of days! I’m about three months into living here and thought it would be a good time to write a review. From the beginning of my application process, Jessica was very helpful and responsive. She’s still responsive whenever I email her, which I really appreciate. Management is clearly committed to improving the property. Since moving in, I’ve noticed new plants at the entrance and updated landscaping throughout the complex, including areas with new rock around the pool area. About 2 months ago I inadvertently broke the key off in my apartment door. After notifying the leasing office they immediately sent Maintenance Supervisor John Hernandez to fix my door. In little to no time at all, John changed my lock and I was back in my apartment! Keep up the outstanding work!!!
