I would love to have had menus that could have been looked at in line while waiting to place our order. The menu board was a little blurred and hard to read. Once our order was placed we did have quite the wait for our pizza. We were lucky to find a place to wait right at the station where they make the pizza. Fabulous find!!! Outstanding pizza. Delicious blackberry hard cider and literally the best bread EVER! Brought home a loaf of ciabatta and my family devoured it! We will be back!

Not to happy with the food, just mediocre....it was pretty much self serve, had to get in long line, order food, 40 minutes later, dropped off at table, one personas meal, had to wait for others, arrived in "shifts" so by the time everyone had their meal, mine was cold. No utensils ...had to find on our own. Ice tea refills $1, REALLY? So, what's so great about this place?, so many better options in Nevada City
The food and beer are worth the trip alone. I'm a local and make a point to stop here almost every week. Very traditional style beer but done right and you can't beat the pizza. Come check it out for yourself you won't be disappointed!
