Better customer service. I had an order prepared wrong. They did not put chicken on my chicken noodle soup - kind of an important ingredient. When I called I was told I could come back and they would re-make the order or I could have a $2 gift card. Well, since I live a half hour away and they closed in 20 minutes, my only option was the gift card. And yes, $2 is correct. Two dollars. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I get the noodle bowl with poison sauce and my husband loves the pork dumplings with poison sauce. YUMMY.
I always get the Half noodles and Half chicken dumplings bowl. I love the employee poison sauce!

VEGETARIAN and VEGAN friends BEWARE!!! In the last month I have received dumplings with meat in them twice!!! I have been vegan for over 2 years and frequent this establishment as it has always been vegan friendly. In the last month I have taken a bite from a dumpling with pork in it and, now, tonight chicken! I will no longer be recommending this establishment to my vegan and vegetarian friends and allies!
