overcharged for parking. had validation, 2 hours was supposed to cost $4. Was charged $18. Fraud! They steal your receipt so you have no records.
I partked they on 12/29 and my back windsheild was broken smashed into. They claimed garage was managed by someone else. Paid full price on level B. Today found out EC manages the garage and the security tried to read the disclaimer that we park at our own risk. Apparently there has been a lot of breakins at the garage.
