Not a great company. They seem to be targeting consumers that cannot purchase homes the traditional way. They have a rent-to-own program that is selling homes “as is”. They know these homes will not pass inspection at the end of the contract. This would leave the consumer not able to get a traditional mortgage. The staff is rude when this is made an issue with major structural and water damage. Even black mold.
