Great service, treats and quality toys. I love that they also support local dog rescues. My girls an I are loyal customers.
I have recently moved to Des Moines and needed to find a groomer to clip my sheepdog. I shave my dog regularly every 3 months and many groomers have done this over my dog's life and I can honestly say this is the best job done so far. This was my dog's first visit to the shop and Chris was very professional when consulting beforehand. Highly recommend Chris and this shop for grooming!
I followed Chris to Three Dog Bakery as he has been my groomer for the past 5 years with 2 different fur babies. I was thrilled to find him here and will be back!!! Can't say enough good things about what a great job he does and how good he is with our babies....

Today we took our cocker spaniel Clarence to get groomed...they are great! We had never used them before but they will be our new groomer. Our Sophie dog has an appointment in 2 weeks. They did a great job, very clean, very friendly and you can tell they love dogs!
I seen some not so nice reviews on this place so I was scepticul on going but I'm glad we did because we loved it! The lady working was so nice and very helpful. She even gave our lil Bella a sample of one of there fancy treats. We will definitely go back and will be ordering a birthday cake from there soon!

So very sad regarding the customer service in West Des Moines. It has now been 3 weeks with no return call and I have stopped in person twice to follow up on what I can't seem to get a phone call back on! Today will be my 3rd and final visit with out an answer again I am guessing so that means no more purchases of anything from this company anywhere. Customer service is the only thing that sets anybody apart and all I was asking for was a return phone call!
