Not only did they messed up my order from last year because the person was fairly new. Now of course not supposed to be the same exact issue except for this time I can't even place an order without it being an issue and employee not able to clarify any of the products. (Besides she's new) Worst of all the manager give me a call completely cut me off ( she got sick of my complaints) immediately jumps cuts me off let me just take your order. Unreal... customer service absolutely AWFUL!

Been coming here for about a year and a half to get my dogs groomed or feet trimmed routinely. Excellent job as always! The treats are amazing too and they make adorable dog cakes for celebrating your furbaby's special day.
Their groomer Chris is the best! He is always very good with our 2 dogs and they always look great when he is done.
I was there this past Saturday afternoon and had the worst experience. The woman didn't even greet me when I came in and took 5 minutes to acknowledge my presence. I asked if I could purchase a dog bone with the names of my 2 dogs on it and she said I would have to wait 30 minutes and was exasperated I asked. Mind you, there was no one else in the store. I spent $30 on fresh dog treats from the bakery and would have spent more if she was more friendly. I normally like to support local businesses but this will be my last time... read more

Very cute setup. Took my dog there for her birthday and was really impressed by the operation, the employee, and the selection. Will definitely be back.
