I I typically do not write bad reviews, however my experience today was disturbing and forces me to warn other potential customers. I have returned to Jen several times with the same goal in mind for my hair. She arrived at the salon 30 minutes late unapologetic. Understanding that things happen I never mentioned it. I sat down in the chair, and she advised me that while my color was processing she was leaving to pick her daughter up.
