After a hike by the Metolius River Trail by Camp Sherman with our friends we were hungry for some lunch. My wife and I haven't been to Three Creeks brewery in many years. We arrived a little after noon when the pub opened on a Sunday. Our server Austin was friendly and helped my wife out with some menu questions. My wife had subbed a garden burger for the American Smash burger with fries. She liked her choice. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger with fries and a pint of Five Pine Chocolate Porter. I had a scary accident while dining at Three Creeks Brewing in Sisters and the staff were incredibly helpful, empathetic and professional. Our waiter, Levi; Mel the bartender; and Duane, the kitchen manager, all took time away from their regular tasks to make sure I felt listened to and taken care of. Their clear, open communication and obvious concern helped me through a very rough experience. These are good people!

I'm local but never come due to it always being so crowded. However, after spending the day at the lake with friends, we decided to stop for dinner. Got there at 6:45, and they close at 8. We came in the door and waited and waited. Not one employee acknowledged us. We saw two customers come up and get thier own to go boxes, which told us service must be slow.
