In all my years, I’ve never encountered a business as dishonest, careless, and predatory as this one. This isn’t just a bad review — it’s a warning. A few months ago, I brought my car in with two issues: an oil leak and a faulty AC. I knew better than to trust in a non dealer - little did they know I have a background working for both a dealer and a privately owned mechanic shop and I’m well aware of the games played with customers to try and force them to spend more and I’m also aware that women aren’t stereotypically as knowledgeable in this field as men, which makes it easier for them to be taken advantage of.. although this time they chose the wrong person to scam.
