I had a very disappointing experience at Three Brother Shop. The customer service was poor, and the barber came across as quite rude. I understand that there can be communication gaps or misunderstandings, but the way he spoke to me felt disrespectful and insulting. A little patience and professionalism go a long way in customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I won’t be returning.
