I have been searching for a good hair stylist since mine moved away a couple years ago. Bobbi used a razor to thin out the weight and tame some of the weird “wings” that have developed in my hair lately. Regular thinning with scissors always left lines and ridges in my hair. Now my hair styles easily and several friends have commented on this cut! Very happy! Best cut I’ve had in a long time! Thanks, Bobbi!!
We booked an 8 AM appointment for my friend’s wedding day, confirmed by text and email for the owner to come to the Airbnb to service the bridal party. 8 am came and nobody showed up. By 10 AM — nothing. No calls, no texts, no updates. We even drove to the salon, only to find it closed. Finally, close to 11 AM, we got a response saying she mixed up the dates and we were told to come to the salon instead — completely ignoring our confirmed plan for them to come to us. I was part of the bridal party where they forgot they had booked us in and were supposed to be at the Airbnb for 8. I will say that the way they handled the situation was really poorly and unexpected of a salon that had a 4.8 google star review. I understand that everyone is human but how we handle these situations that arise is what makes a good business vs a poor one. I’m still in shock with what I have experienced at this salon. Firstly on my WEDDING day they mixed me up with “another bride getting married the next week” apparently with the “same name, inspo pics and time” which was obvious lie and just a mix-up on their part either way. Gave me and my bridesmaids so much attitude. Didn’t apologize, laughed it off. Tried to take 10% only off for delaying my whole wedding day morning/afternoon, which caused the mother of the bride to not be able to get her hair done. Super unprofessional ... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Kendra and I believe her 19 year old stylist was named Keira are absolutely unprofessional and rude. On September 6th Kendra was booked by my best friend for her WEDDING hair along with the 4 other members (bridesmaids and mother of the bride). Kendra and the bride were corresponding via email and phone call for MONTHS prior to this appointment.
