They refuse to make the food how you want it, the prices are ridiculous, and the place is a dump. Worst local/non-chain restaurant I have ever been to in Memphis.
Wonderful diner! They have great vegetarian and vegan options and a traditional menu. They also have a nice brunch and a well stocked bar.
