Super rude male employee that was working at the shop at bryant park today. Customer service is a big zero. Jewelry was nice but the customer service made me walk out of there, treatment from him was almost like a form of harrasment. Literally rude for no reason, im pretty sure the other reviews on here are talking about the same guy. The other shops were not like this thankfully.
Terrible service. Aggressively rude man towards me and my daughter. When I emailed to share our experience I was told it never happened. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other jewelers in the area who are kind, helpful and better selection.
Went to their booth in bryant park village..terrible terrible experience. Wanted to try on a ring and the woman employee said no you can’t try on, you’ll break it. Meanwhile everyone else in the booth is trying on jewelry. I asked politely why not and she just replied again “you will break it”… the ring was adjustable and she ripped it out of my hands. would rate zero stars if I could, very rude employees.
The owner is extremely rude. I'm not sure where that attitude comes from. We said hi and thanks, and by the end, he responded with ignorance, when we were trying to ask a question, he interrupted and said, “ it's not like, it is, everything here is real”, not sure what is he talking about and what had he experienced, cause that is not even what I was trying to ask.
