I have purchased multiple pieces at this shop and in Bryant Park - always wonderful service, friendly, helpful. I had a ring that a stone came out of - I called and sent pics, they were more than accommodating, allowing me to bring it back next time I was in town from Florida! They even agreed to adopt me if my husband was upset because I bought too much! great selection, great and FAIR pricing, and the designs are just stunning!!!

Super rude male employee that was working at the shop at bryant park today. Customer service is a big zero. Jewelry was nice but the customer service made me walk out of there, treatment from him was almost like a form of harrasment. Literally rude for no reason, im pretty sure the other reviews on here are talking about the same guy. The other shops were not like this thankfully.
Terrible service. Aggressively rude man towards me and my daughter. When I emailed to share our experience I was told it never happened. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of other jewelers in the area who are kind, helpful and better selection.
