i can’t even begin to explain how upset i am. i came in with virgin level 7 hair for a bleach and tone and i wanted to get to platinum. the stylist who was doing my hair was a rising star. i don’t want to name names because i did enjoy talking to them and they were very kind and personable but they messed up my hair. it’s banded with streaks of yellow and purple and silver, and it took them four hours to complete. there was also still unknown product left in my hair that was not fully rinsed out. i tried to speak with the he... read more
RecommendedI cannot find the words to thank Robbie enough for fixing my major hair disaster. She did my hair back in the spring and took me from brunette to blonde and it turned out AMAZING. Three weeks ago on a Saturday I decided that I was going to bleach what had grown out over the past 6+ months. Well.... take it from me if you are reading this. DO NOT. used to use this place of business for 5 years but will not ever again. I understand ppl are scared in this "pandemic" and some places request mask's. Yesterday my daughter and i had an appointment to have our haircut. I am a single mom and do not have a sitter so i had to bring my 10 yr old autistic son. My daughter and i were fine with wearing a mask. Requested not required btw but my son being autistic and having asthma has a medical exemption so he does not and will not wear one. I’m transitioning to gray hair which is a hard thing to do when You’ve have been dying your hair dark for years and Jennifer did amazing job. After, I went to Collie! I look better now than I have in years thanks to these 2 wonderful and very talented women! I have gotten so many compliments and have scheduled for my next appointment!

I had a hair appt. My hair turned out to be 4 different colors. While there I fell on their waxed floor. I was told by the manager Christina it would be covered. Needless to say they are now saying it is my fault and telling me to use my own insurance. Stay away! If I could give zero stars I would.
