Walked into this shop 2 months ago with my toddler and a blazer wanting to get “I Love You, Dad” stitched on the back for the passing of my father to wear to his funeral. And “I Love You, Pop Pop” on my daughter’s hair bow. I cried just getting out the words and my toddler was a bit energetic that morning. I was met with kindness and patience. I would 100% return. I got my graduation stole embroidered at Threadwell, it is absolutely beautiful! The staff was a pleasure to work with & the turn around time was quick! I would highly recommend.
Love Threadwell! They have lovely unique gifts that you cannot find anywhere else, I always get compliments when gifting items!
Came for a custom embroidery. Glad they were able to do it but the design itself ended up crooked and not as neat as I would have expected. The threads are not even across the design. I wish they would’ve told me if this design was too difficult for their machinery to do so I could bring it somewhere else.
I’ve had multiple things monogrammed here and everything has come out perfectly!
