Came for a custom embroidery. Glad they were able to do it but the design itself ended up crooked and not as neat as I would have expected. The threads are not even across the design. I wish they would’ve told me if this design was too difficult for their machinery to do so I could bring it somewhere else.
I’ve had multiple things monogrammed here and everything has come out perfectly!

Have purchased many items here over the years, most recently a beautiful cream throw embroidered with a shamrock. This little gem of a store is so incredibly unique and so quintessentially Chestnut Hill. I highly recommend Threadwell for any personalized gift for any occasion!
