I AM NOT GOING THERE AGAIN! I recommend you to try elsewhere. The lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t value customers. I had called in and set my appointment for which she had agreed. After visiting the salon she made me wait 20 mins even after taking appointment. Then when it was my turn, she tried to sneak in the next customer in front of me without even asking me if that was okay? This is the best salon in the entire DMV. Neetu & her staff are phenomenal. I get everything done here that’s how amazing they are. My hair cut, my legs waxed, & my upper lip threaded. Such a cozy cute place I even made friends with other customers, all wonderful ladies that’s how much I love the vibe & atmosphere of this place. 100% recommend this place, you won’t regret it.
