Wonderful place. I've been going here for over a decade. I have my go to gal but if she's not there usually anyone else will do a wonderful job. Last visit was my least favorite as I was left injured and with stray hairs still, BUT I will still go back because one not so great experience will not erase a decade of great ones. Just means that next time I have someone else do my eyebrows. Disclaimer, it had been a month since I'd gone so they were quite unruly so maybe she's better with touch ups. Overall 5 star place. It really depends who I get here. I’ve probably been here 10 times and 8 of the 10 were great. The other 2 times (done by the same woman) I left with literal cuts on my face. I’m not sure if she’s rushing or what is going on, but the last time she left cuts from the threading that literally lasted multiple weeks and I had people asking me what happened, and this time I was cut with the scissors! so quick and efficient! i was a walk in and my service took less than 10 minutes. i’m definitely coming back for my brows maintenance
