I went in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and instead of just getting all the stray hairs removed, she took it upon herself to completely reshape and THIN down my thick brows and it didn’t even come out even whatsoever. Why did I come out looking like that tweety bird

I had a very upsetting experience at the Threading Place, El Dorado Hills branch. This is the second time the same employee, Rani, has treated me with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude. The first time, I ignored it, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. But this time her behavior was even worse. When I entered, she was mopping.
