Unfortunately, I had a very upsetting experience here. I came in for full face and neck threading, but despite explaining that my skin is extremely sensitive, the provider insisted on using hard wax on my neck. By the next day, my face and neck were covered in red, painful wounds — especially on my cheeks and neck. I’ve attached a photo so others can see how my skin reacted.
