Came here and there were no employees. Waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. Left and went shopping and came back 30 minutes later and still no one was there. Called the phone number and no one answered :( Update to respond to the owner- you must have me confused with someone else. I never received any services from your brow bar because no one ever showed up. I left and went home. No one ever assisted me. This was Monday 12/8 at 5pm.

I had such a great experience getting my eyebrows threaded here! The technician was very gentle, precise, and really took the time to shape my brows perfectly to match my face. The process was quick and much less painful than I expected. The place was clean, welcoming, and professional, and I left feeling so refreshed and confident. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends!

I received a henna yesterday on both hands. The design was ok. When I got home I realized she missed a small detail on my left hand. (Which could be big because it was in the middle of my hand) Before I left I asked the necessary questions to make sure the henna last as long as it should. Today is Saturday and the henna looks like it has already faded on parts of my fingers like I had it for a week or 2. I paid $50 with a $5 tip. I've had beautifully henna's before with no problems. For me I would not go back for a henna.
