I walked in to another customer complaining that they had burned her skin off with the wax. I should’ve taken that as a sign but I decided to try them out. I asked for an eyebrow wax because I can’t bare the pain of threading and so the lady did the wax, and as soon as she was done she started threading my eyebrows and I told her to stop. Then right after that, she starts putting wax on my upper lip when I didn’t even ask for it. I had to tell her I don’t need an upper lip wax. Went in for a full face and had a great experience. My face is sensitive and in other threading places I get burn marks on my cheeks due to the wax but that did not happen here. Miss lady also gave me a little face massage at the end ☺️. Will definitely come again and highly recommended!

I had took my sister to get her eyebrows thread on a Saturday and the lady was rushing with doing her brows and she started doing her upper lip when we didn’t ask for it nor did she ask if we wanted the service . We obviously paid for it but how are you not going to even ask your client and assume they want the upper lip when they only stated EYEBROW CLEANUP , also she left her upper lip very irritated and even the skin on the forehead , don’t ever come here on the weekends!
