DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I took a simple dress here for a hem and to take in the sides by the hem. When I went to pick it up, it had a hole in the side seam, which she repaired on the spot. Fast forward to when I go to wear the dress and I find another hole in the same side seam above the other hole she repaired and the hem was unraveling, so I contacted her and she agreed to fix it. Naomi altered my enormous ball gown for our wedding and did a phenomenal job on the hemming, the straps, and the bustle. She was incredibly friendly and complimentary and very reasonably priced. Also flexible hours for appointments! We loved our experience.
I had a rush order and because it is the off season, she could accommodate me and got my dress done super quickly and in time for my event. I had scored a great cheap dress for a fancy gala and she made it fit like a glove for a reasonable price. I will be bringing all my gowns to the Thread Diva! She was super friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable. I got so many compliments on my dress that night and I am still getting likes on social media two weeks later! Win!
Very nice person, but everything across the board felt sloppy. My dress wasn’t ready when scheduled for pick up as well as another bridesmaid. The work done on my dress was lazy and fabric that should have been cut was just folded adding to my hips. I guess I wasn’t surprised when the same was done to the bride, causing her to panic days before the wedding. The stitching was also just very sloppy. I paid $120 for a hem and weird work. Paid the same for my own wedding dress and it was done without issue.
Naomi did my dress alterations for my wedding back in December - my entire experience was an 11/10! She did amazing work, and was so kind & knowledgeable. I really wanted to add sleeves to my dress, so I found some on Etsy and she was able to add them to the dress no problem. With her help I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. Highly recommend!
