I like when when technicians take the time to sit down next to you and actually spend time on what they recommend. They don't press anything on you. Well, this technician did not but he made some recommendations that I have to take in consideration. He was very professional and knowledgeable
They did a great job of diagnosing the problem and then coming up with a solution to fix it. They were very conscientious about the project.
Thrasher Reps demonstrated why the addition to our house was sliding and twisting away from the original structure. They installed 17 piers and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and sensitive to our needs. They even asked what our long term goals were with the house. Answered “safe and secure with no continuing maintenance issues.
