Jake and Hector completed my basement project efficiently while communicating well throughout the job. They are a very organized team that clearly work well together. When they were finished the cleaned up better than I ever could have! I highly recommend Thrasher Foundation Repair and will be using their services again
The crew from Thrasher was wonderful. They were able to do the work quickly at a great price and to do it well. Very much appreciate even the cleaning up afterwards. Very pleased with the work they did and would definitely recommend them.
Very friendly and knowledgeable crew who did a thorough install and answered all of my questions.
While their product is good and the installers and sales people are friendly, there are some big flaws in their business processes that make it very difficult to do business with them. Their salespeople over promise, then leave the promises out of the contract. Read the contract and make sure the things they told them are in there. They push for same day payment at the time of the sale to get a discount. Then after the sale, they do not return phone calls with questions, their crews do not show up when promised.
