We have a 25 year old deck that was starting to have some dryrot problems. Wasn't sure who to call because you just never know about some contractors. They talk a good game but then never get the job done right. I called Scott and he came by and gave me an estimate. They were able to start the job fairly quickly and estimated that it would take a week to complete. Thrasher Construction gave us a very competitive bid within a day or so of coming out to look at area to be worked on. Communication was great. After we hired them they were punctual, courteous and very respectful of us and our home. Their attention to detail is impressive. There were no surprises or request for additional money even though the job took a day longer than anticipated. I will definitely hire them again for future projects.
Scott was excellent! He's knowledgeable, professional and a great communicator. He got the big repair job done at a good rate. He even built a step on his own initiative! His wife in the office was real helpful too. Give them a call--you'll be glad you did!
