Everyone at Thousand Oaks Dentistry was helpful and friendly. They made sure that I was taken care of and explained what was needed for my teeth in the future. I had a great experience at my appointment.
Service is fine. They have switched ownership quite a few times so it's always a surprise who you are going to see as your dentist. They can be slow to get you invoices or receipts though, which has been a headache.
Always a pleasant experience. Everyone helps make sure we're taken care of!
Dr Thao is amazing and the staff are very friendly!
