I’ve worked with Eric Riskey twice. Buying and selling    Beyond Amazing. Always had my best interest in mind.  Luck to of had the opportunity to work together with him. A Blessing indeed .

I was unfortunate enough to have this company come into my area, divide everything up and turn it into what is basically a noisy campground now. This was my dream house, but thanks to the not so kind folks at Thousand Lakes Realty and Secluded Land Company, that dream is just a memory. Very rude person to deal with. We contacted Rick about a property, and we felt we were insulted and belittled. I have never been spoken to by a salesman in such a way ever, and needless to say we didn't purchase the property from him. Fortunately there are plenty of actual realtors out there who are able to communicate in a respectful manner. I don't understand why Rick had to be so mean and aggressive.
