Beautiful clean lake to kick back and relax or go boating & hiking. Great food with a wonderful view of the lake!
I used thousand hills dining to cater my wedding and they were absolutely wonderful! I loved eating here and knew I just had to have their breakfast on my big day! Oh my, it was so wonderful! Everyone was such a pleasure to work with and everything went beyond smooth! Everything I wanted and more. I would not only recommend eating here but also recommend catering from here! Jeremy and Robyn really outdid themselves. If you're looking for top notch breakfast than this is definitely my go to!!
The staff are great. The food is excellent and affordable for a relaxed dining establishment. Boat rentals are affordable and easy to work with the staff. My only gripe might be that the beds weren't the comfiest but I would definitely come back again.
My husband and I live in Ottumwa Iowa and drove down and spent the afternoon at the lake, we were so impressed with the lake and how nice the water was, very clean compared to the lakes around us. Very peaceful place and it is well kept. We would like to rent a cabin sometime!
My husband and I visited the Lake Sat. July 15. We were so impressed with the grounds and the camp area. We had dinner at the restaurant and listen to Dave the guitar guy. The steaks were cook prefect. It was so nice to look out over the lake and watch the boats coming in, almost forgot we were in NE MO. It was a nice treat for sure.
Ate at the restaurant and we had shrimp and prime rib. All delicious. Restaurant was clean. Staff was great. They need some craft beer on their beer list, it was quite boring. I would eat there again.
I love everything about the park and the restaurant; would love to just live there.
