Customer service is excellent. I was contacted by Josie when I needed some replacement earphones for my device I bought a couple of years ago. Josie was able to quickly find a solution even given the time difference between Canada and the UK. Fantastic service thank you. Well done.
This company employs abusers
The best biofeedback company. Innovative in the science of psychophysiology and not only.
Awesome company. We had a minor issue with one of our products and did not realize it until after out patient was already hooked up. While the patient was still hooked up we called support, spoke with Vadim and in just a couple of minutes he had us up and running and we did not even have to take the leads off the patient. When I got off the phone with Vadim my patient looked at me and said " wow, you don't see customer service like that anymore. Impressive!" Thanks to Vadim and the whole team at TT. Excellent work!!!
