Harassment indeed. They seem deseperate! – Filled out one of those cards at York galleria back in January. They just called in may. This also happened last year and they never called. told the guy that we had already made up our mind for a company since we never heard anything back from them. He insists that we should at least get the free estimate. I told him i would discuss it with my husband. He called back 6 times within 24 hours. ** Harassment Scam** – Do Not fill out for one of their catalogs they will never send you one. But they will call you 10 times a day. And when you tell them you just wanted a catalog to get an idea of prices, The horrible troll on the other end of the line will tell you, Oh we do send them out. then they will try and get you to let them send out a person to do a "Design Package" Which is a high pressure salesman who will refuse to leave your house until you agree to buy something.
