You certainly can't please everyone, as they say, but sometimes there will be a criminal element that steals parts and money from a reputable shop and tries to legitimize their actions with blatant lies. That is what has happened with at least two 1 star reviews here. There were many witnesses and pictures as well as the customer himself who witnessed the work being done and the results thereof.
