Underwood was a great dentist when I was young, and still is today. He encouraged me to stop biting my nails, and knew when the time was right to get braces. He even recommended a great orthodontist. His staff is always pleasant, and Underwood's demeaner makes me feel like family. I don't receive regular reminders to get checked yearly, so it is difficult to keep a regular schedule with him. Dr. Underwood is the most caring and compassionate dentist I know. He is always so pleasant, and so are his dental technicians. He went out of the way to give my husband (who is not even his patient) a root canal on a Saturday afternoon. He opened his office to see my husband because he was in so much pain.
Dr Underwood and his staff are some of the most caring medical professionals I've run across. He has a wide range of skills and experience in most dental procedures, including endodontistry & periodontistry, with a genuine concern for his patients well-being. I highly recommend him to anyone.
