I've had an excellent experience with Troy at the Owings Mills location. For my kitchen renovation, he helped me select Belwith Keeler Brownstone cabinet knobs & handles. Excellent quality, weight, and finish. He helped me select my undercabinet Reverse Osmosis water filter, which I fitted with his gorgeous BRIZO gold mini faucet.
this location is absolutely HORRIBLE, Never have typical plumbing stock, kid at counter is clueless when it comes to parts or finding Parts I would literally go 15 miles out of my way then going here for plumbing parts the ONLY thing you will hear if you come here is "is there another name for that" or " we dont have it"
Don’t go sales people more worried about pizza getting cold then to help you
